  • 摘要:目的 探讨Sandwich教学法在中医骨伤专科护士实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选取40名中医骨伤科专科护士学员为研究对象,采用数字随机法分为Sandwich教学法带教组(实验组)20人和LBL教学带教组(对照组)20人。在培训结束后,比较2组学员理论考核、中医个案护理考核和操作考核的成绩,并调查学员对教学效果的评价。结果 实验组的理论考核、中医个案护理考核以及操作考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),有显著性差异。与LBL教学法相比,绝大多数学员认为应用Sandwich教学法能对提高辨证施护能力、解决问题能力、思维开放能力、临床管理能力以及人际沟通能力。结论Sandwich教学法在中医骨伤科专科护士的实践教学中效果较好,值得科室进一步推广应用。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Abstract: To explore the application effect of sandwich teaching method in the practical teaching of nurses specialized in bone injury of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 40 professional nurses in orthopedics and traumatology department of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into 20 students in sandwich teaching group (experimental group) and 20 students in LBL teaching group (control group). After the training, the scores of the two groups of students in the theoretical examination, the case nursing examination of traditional Chinese medicine and the operation examination were compared, and the students' evaluation of the teaching effect was investigated.Results: The scores of theoretical examination, case nursing examination and operation examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (p<0.05), with significant differences. Compared with LBL teaching method, the vast majority of students believe that the application of sandwich teaching method can improve the ability of syndrome differentiation and nursing, problem-solving, open thinking, clinical management and interpersonal communication.Conclusion: Sandwich teaching method has a good effect in the practical teaching of professional nurses in orthopedic and traumatology department of traditional Chinese medicine, and it is worthy of further promotion and application by departments.

    随着现代工业以及交通运输业的不断发展,各种创伤性疾病的发生率不断上升,病人就诊数量的不断增加对提高中医骨伤专科护士的岗位胜任力成为亟待解决的问题[1],因此需要运用新的教学方法以满足培养中医骨伤科专科护士的需求。中医骨伤专科护士是指能够为中医骨伤患者提供满意的护理并具有资格的职业护士,同时以中医整体观念、辨证施护为指导,善于运用和挖掘各种中医护理技术以改善患者结局为目标的临床应用型人才[2]。
