• 摘要:抑郁症是当前公众关注的一个热点话题，在我国，青少年群体已经成为抑郁症的的高发人群。该病是影响青少年正常生活和学习的一种常见的心理疾病，对青少年的危害极大。目前对于青少年抑郁症的治疗虽普遍为西医方法，但中医学在青少年抑郁症的临床治疗方面已卓有成效，脾胃论、肾论等中医理论就深刻分析了青少年抑郁症成因，中药、针灸亦可明显改善患者的抑郁状态。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: Depression is a hot topic of public concern. In China, adolescents have become a high incidence of depression. The disease is a common psychological disease affecting the normal life and learning of adolescents, which is very harmful to adolescents. At present, the treatment of adolescent depression is generally western medicine, but traditional Chinese medicine has been effective in the clinical treatment of adolescent depression. Traditional Chinese medicine theory such as spleen and stomach theory and kidney theory deeply analyzes the causes of adolescent depression. Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture can also significantly improve the depression of patients.

  据最新研究，《中国国民心理健康发展报告（2019-2020）》显示，2020年中国青少年抑郁症检出率为24.6%，其中重度抑郁症为7.4%。抑郁症不仅影响着青少年的日常生活还对他们的身心健康有着极大的威胁，甚至会威胁他们的生命。研究发现，抑郁症青少年的自杀意念是其他青少年的3 ~ 4倍[1]。
