  • 摘要:目的 探讨文献报告会在中医院校基础医学学术型研究生培养中的应用效果和满意度评价。方法 选取湖南中医药大学医学院2020-2021级基础医学学术型在读研究生29名作为研究对象,根据研究生对文献报告会满意度;报告会前后科研各项能力自评比较;文献报告会对研究生综合能力效果及其促进师生交流情况设计问卷调查。结果 参与文献报告会后,86%的研究生表示满意文献报告会。调查对象自评其文献检索能力、文献阅读分析能力、文献撰写能力、制作学术 PPT 能力和文献汇报能力均有显著提升(P<0.001)。90%调查对象认同参加文献报告会有助于开拓学术视野,提高创新意识和创新能力;79%认同巩固基础理论和专业知识;72%认同增强研究生自主学习能力,主动参加线上下的学术专题讲座。文献报告会也增加了导师与研究生交流方式种类和见面频率。结论 文献报告会促进了导师与研究生之间的交流,对研究生科研等综合能力培养有积极作用。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Abstract: To explore the application effect and satisfaction evaluation of  the journal club in the training of academic postgraduates of basic medicine in TCM colleges and universities. Methods:twenty-nine academic postgraduate students of basic medicine from 2020-2021 in Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects. Self-evaluation and comparison of scientific research capabilities before and after the conference; The literature report will design a questionnaire survey on the comprehensive ability effect of graduate students and the promotion of communication between teachers and students. Results:86% of graduate students were satisfied with the literature report. The self-rated literature retrieval ability, literature reading and analysis ability, literature writing ability, academic PPT making ability and literature reporting ability all improved significantly (P<0.001). 90% of the respondents agreed that attending the literature report would help broaden their academic horizon and improve their innovation consciousness and ability. 79% agreed to consolidate basic theory and professional knowledge; 72% agree to enhance graduate students' independent learning ability and take the initiative to participate in academic lectures online. The literature report improved the types and frequency of communication between tutors and graduate students. Conclusion:The literature report promotes the communication between supervisors and graduate students, and plays a positive role in the cultivation of graduate students' comprehensive ability such as scientific research.

    基础医学学术型研究生是我国医学科学研究团队的生力军和后备力量,如何优化高等院校基础医学硕士研究生培养方式,进一步加强基础医学学术型硕士研究生科研能力的培养,一直是基础医学研究生培养的重点及难点[1]。文献报告会(journal club)又称文献沙龙,由WilliamOsler在十九世纪70年代末建立,该报告会以学生为中心,学生通过文献检索、文献阅读翻译、文献分析后,向课题组作介绍、分析、解释论文主要内容,其他成员相互提问[2]。
