• 摘要:目的 观察蒌贝二陈汤治疗胃癌术后胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法 选择胃癌术后胃食管反流病患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗方法，观察组运用蒌贝二陈汤治疗。治疗后比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和胸骨后疼痛、烧心、反酸、胃胀、嗳气等症状评分。结果 治疗后观察组总有效率为94.0%，对照组总有效率为70.0%，观察组总有效率优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组的胸骨后疼痛、烧心、反酸、胃胀、嗳气等症状评分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗结束3个月后，随访两组患者治愈情况，观察组治愈率为80.0%，对照组治愈率为50.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 蒌贝二陈汤能够显著改善胃癌术后胃食管反流病的临床症状，且疗效显著。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: To observe the clinical effect of Loubei Erchen decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease after gastric cancer surgery.Methods 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease after gastric cancer surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group 50 cases in ench group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Loubei Erchen decoction. After treatment, the clinical effects and symptom scores of poststernal pain, heartburn,acid regurgitation, gastric distention and belching were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%, and that of the control group was 70.0%. The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P< 0.05).After treatment, the symptom scores of retrosternal pain, heartburn, acid reflux, gastric distension and belching in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Three months after the end of treatment, the cure rate of the two groups was followed up. The cure rate of the observation group was 80.0% and that of the control group was 50.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion Loubei Erchen decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease after gastric cancer surgery, and has significant therapeutic effect.

  胃癌是胃粘膜上皮细胞的恶性肿瘤[1]，早期胃癌可采取胃部分切除术。胃癌根治术会使消化道结构发生改变，导致其正常吸收功能异常，还引起各种并发症，其中胃食管反流病就是其严重并发症。“胃食管反流病”的属于中医的“吞酸”、“嘈杂”、“噎嗝”、“吐酸”、“反胃”、“呕吐”等范畴，多因脾胃失和、肝气郁结、痰浊内生、升降失司所致。
