  • 摘要:目的:了解新冠肺炎突发公共卫生事件下护生实习前的应急能力现状及影响因素,为提升我院护生实习前的应急能力提供依据。方法:以江西中医药大学科技学院2017级护理专业学生249名为样本,使用突发公共卫生事件应急能力量表在其实习前进行问卷调查。结果:护生实习前突发公共卫生事件应急能力总均分为(3.31±0.14)分,处于中等水平,其中急救能力得分(3.48±0.20)最高,应急知识得分(3.04±0.24)最低。参加过培训和参加过志愿服务是应急能力的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论:护理本科生实习前的突发公共卫生事件能力有待于进一步提高。学校应重视护生突发公共卫生事件的教育工作,在具体的实践中,应根据具体问题,采用不同的教学方式,提高护理本科生突发公共卫生事件应急能力。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Abstract: To know the pre-practice nursing undergraduates, knowledge of public health emergency reponse ability in COVID-19,and provide foundation to improving public health emergency response ability of nursing undergraduates.Methods: Taking a sample of 249 nursing undergraduates from 2017,using the public health emergency response capacity scale to conduct among nursing undergraduates before their practice .Results:The score of nursing undergraduates. public health emergency response ability was (3.31±0.14), which was at the medium level,the dimension of first aid ability scored highest(3.48±0.20),the dimension of emergency knowledge scored highest lowest (3.04±0.24).Having trainings and volunteer services are the main  factors affect emergency response ability(P<0.01).Conclusion:The ability of public health emergencies of pre-practice  nursing undergraduates needs to be improved.we should pay attention to the education of public health emergencies among nursing undergraduates. In practice, we should use different teaching methods according to the problems to improve the public health emergency response ability of nursing undergraduates.

    突发公共卫生事件是指突然发生的、可能严重危害社会群体健康的传染病疫情、食物/职业中毒、不明原因性疾病及其他事件[1]。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情作为一种典型的重大突发公共卫生危机,不仅严重影响了民众的身心健康,而且影响了社会、经济发展[2]。
