  • 摘要:目的 为评价PBL教学模式在肺胀病临床教学中的实际应用效果。方法 选取100名实习生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别接受传统教学法和PBL教学法,课程结束后接受课程考核及问卷调查,比较不同教学模式的教学效果和教学评价。结果 观察组的课程考核成绩高于对照组,并拥有更好的教学方法感知水平及满意度。结论 PBL教学模式适用于肺病科肺胀病的教学,值得进一步推广。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Abstract: To evaluate the practical application effect of PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of pulmonary distention. Methods 100 interns were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group to receive traditional teaching method and PBL teaching method respectively, after the course, course assessment and questionnaire survey were conducted to compare the teaching effect and evaluation of different teaching modes. Results The observation group had higher course assessment scores than the control group, and had better teaching method perception level and satisfaction. Conclusion PBL teaching mode is suitable for the teaching of pulmonary distention, which is worthy of further promotion.

    慢性阻塞性肺疾病以呼吸道症状和气流受限为临床特征,是一种可治疗、可预防的临床慢性疾病[1],具有较高的发病率和病死率[2,3],为患者带来了沉重的经济负担,与中医学范畴的“肺胀病”相对应,。作为最常见、最具呼吸系统代表性的疾病,肺胀病的诊治要点是中医专业学生应重点掌握的内容。
