简述CDPF教学模式在中医儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

  • 摘要:目的:评价CDPF教学模式在中医儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:将2020年9月至2021年8月的39名规培学生作为实验组,2019年9月至2020年8月的37名规培学生作为对照组。实验组采用CDPF教学模式,对照组则采用传统的床旁教学模式。实验结束后,对两组的基础理论、专科技能、辨证分析能力及教学满意度进行比较。结果:实验组学生的专科技能考核成绩(43.51±3.09)高于对照组(40.62±5.68),辨证分析能力考核成绩(81.36±2.49)高于对照组(78.54±2.44),教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),但基础理论成绩没有差异(P>0.05)。结论:CDPF教学模式对提升中医儿科住院医师规范化培训教学质量具有明显的促进作用,且有较高的学生认可度。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Abstract: To evaluate the application effect of CDPF teaching mode in standardized training of pediatric TCM residents. Methods: Thirty-nine standardized training students from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the experimental group, and 37 standardized training students from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the control group. CDPF teaching mode was used in the experimental group, and traditional bedside teaching mode was used in the control group. After the teaching, the basic theory, specialized skills, dialectical analysis ability and learning satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of the students in the experimental group were higher (43.51±3.09) than those in the control group (40.62±5.68), the scores of the ability of syndrome differentiation and analysis (81.36± 2.49) were higher than those in the control group (78.54±2.44), and the learning satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), but there was no difference in the scores of basic theories (P > 0.05).Conclusion: CDPF teaching mode has a significant role in promoting the teaching quality of standardized training for pediatric residents of traditional Chinese medicine, and has a high degree of student recognition.

    中医住院医师规范化培训简称“规培”,是中医学本科毕业生和中医学专业学位硕士研究生临床教育的重要组成部分[1],是中医学生走上行医道路的关键阶段[2]。中医儿科学是中医学的特殊亚专科,虽为四大临床基础课程之一[3],但面对的患者是儿童,病人特殊,病种繁杂,需要更强的中医辨证分析能力和医患沟通能力[4]。
