  • 摘要:目的  探讨临床路径结合以问题为基础(PBL)教学法在中医儿科护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法  选取2020年3月至2022年3月于本院中医儿科实习的96名护理专业学生作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组均为48名。对照组采取常规教学,观察组实施临床路径结合PBL教学法,均教学至护生实习结束。比较两组考核成绩、自我评价情况以及教学满意度。结果  观察组案例分析、理论知识和实践操作评分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生自我评价中学习能力、护理综合能力、学习效率和团队合作精神评分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度中教学形式、教学内容、教学态度和教学技能评分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论  临床路径结合PBL教学法能够提升中医儿科护生考核成绩,提高其操作技能,促进教学满意度提升。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Abstract: To explore the application effect of clinical pathway combined with problem-based (PBL) teaching method in TCM pediatric nursing clinical teaching. Methods A total of 96 nursing students who practiced in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pediatrics in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 48 students in each group. The control group was given routine teaching, while the observation group was given the clinical pathway combined with PBL teaching method, all of which were taught until the end of the nursing practice. The assessment scores, self-evaluation and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of case analysis, theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of learning ability, comprehensive nursing ability, learning efficiency and teamwork spirit of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of teaching form, teaching content, teaching attitude and teaching skills in the teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical pathway combined with the PBL teaching method can improve the assessment performance of TCM pediatric nursing students, improve their operational skills, and promote the improvement of teaching satisfaction.

    中医儿科护理以整体护理观念、辨证施护为特色,儿童年龄较小,护理工作较为困难,要求护生自身具备较高的综合素质[1-2]。传统带教方法以老师为主,学生被动接受理论知识和实践技能,未能充分调动学生学习积极性,难以达到理想的教学效果[3-4]。如何有效地改进教学方法是临床教学研究的重点。临床路径教学法以临床路径诊疗理念为基础,构建具有规律化的教学路径,使得教学内容更具计划性。
