• 摘要:目的 探讨平衡针联合耳穴埋豆防治胃镜检查中并发症临床疗效。 方法  选取我院2019年1月-2020年1月行胃镜检检查的患者工160名，随机分为对照组80和观察组80例，分别采用耳穴埋豆常规干预和在此基础上联合平衡针治疗，比较两组在胃镜检查过程中恶心呕吐的严重程度，心率血压变化。结果 观察组恶心呕吐严重程度分级及心率血压升高明显轻于对照组。结论 平衡针联合耳穴埋豆用于胃镜检查能有效减轻恶心呕吐及心率血压升高的严重程度，是一种新的预防胃镜检查并发症有效方法。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: To investigate the cinical effects of Balance  Acupuncture and ear point embedding bean  in preveation and treatment for patients with  complications   induced by gastroscopy.Methods 160 patients with gastroscopy were chosen from January 2019 to January 2020 and randomly divided into control group( 80 patients) with routin: intervention of ear point embedding bean  and observation group (80 patients) with Balance  Acupuncture  on the basis of control group: and the severity grading of nausea and vomiting. score of heart rate and blood pressure before and after and during examination and satisfaction degree of examination of the two groups were compared. Results The severity grading of nausea and vomiting and score of heart rate and blood pressure of observation group were significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Balance  Acupuncture and Ear point embedding bean on patients with gastroscopy can efficiently reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting，score of heart rate and blood pressure .which is an new effective method in treating  complications induced by gastroscopy .

  胃镜检查是诊断治疗上消化道疾病的重要方法，但胃镜检查属于侵入性操作，常产生心理、生理应激反应，恶心、呕吐、血压升高、心率增快是最明显的并发症[1]。平衡针法是在中医学理论指导下，经过长期、反复的临床摸索总结出来的一种全新的针刺方法，它通过针灸作用于穴位的良性刺激，利用人体的信息系统，快速针剌，即时间接地刺激人体的能量库,通过自我修复达到一个新的平衡状态[2]。
