• 摘要:目的：本研究旨在研究常用中药材知母和石竹的基因组大小，为基因组学研究提供重要的参数。方法：以蒙古黄芪作为内标植物，知母和石竹为待测样品，采集幼嫩叶片，用裂解液LB01获得细胞核滤液，PI染色，用流式细胞仪检测知母和石竹样品发射的荧光强度。结果：测定出知母的基因组大小为2.50Gb；石竹的基因组大小为0.92Gb。结论：本研究明确了知母和石竹的基因组大小，有助于深入推进知母和石竹的基因组资源开发。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: To investigate the genome sizes of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. and Dianthus chinensis L. Methods: Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongolicus (Bge.) Hsiao was chosen as an internal reference, and the fresh leaves of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. and Dianthus chinensis L. were picked as the materials of experiment. The nuclear filtrate was prepared by LB01 and was stained by propidium iodide. Flow cytometry was used to detect the fluorescence intensities of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. and Dianthus chinensis L. Results: The genome size of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. was about 2.50Gb, and the genome size of Dianthus chinensis L. was about 0.92Gb. Conclusion: This research confirmed the genome size of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. and Dianthus chinensis L. and is helpful to promote the development of genome resources of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. and Dianthus chinensis L.

  百合科植物知母（Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.）主要分布于山西、河北及山东等地，是多年生草本植物，春、秋二季采挖，以干燥根茎入药。中药材知母（Anemarrhenae Rhizoma）的药用历史有两千年之久，历代本草古籍均有记载。知母性寒味甘苦，有清热泻火、滋阴润燥之功效，是常用的清热泻火类中药[1]。现代药理研究认为知母具有解热[2,3]、降血糖[4]、改善认知缺陷[5]、抗炎和免疫调节[6]等方面的作用。
