• 摘要:基于中医养生相关融合发展文献，发掘中医养生可融合发展领域，分别从文化、体育、饮食、音乐、建筑、科技与养生融合方面充分联系实际，发现其与中医养生融合发展前景。并根据中医养生发展的历史和现状，及其与各学科融合发展的成果，结合养生实训和社会需求，浅析中医养生融合创新型人才培养前景。通过实训例子、文献成果和实际应用等说明培养中医养生融合创新型人才有益。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:Based on TCM health preservation related integration development literature.Explore the field of integrative development of TCM health preservation.Respectively from culture,sports,diet,music,science and technology，architecture and health integration fully connected with reality. It is found that the development prospect of fusion with TCM health preservation. According to the history and present situation of the development of traditional Chinese medicine. According to the achievements of TCM health preservation and the integration of various disciplines. Combine health and social needs. Analyze the integration and innovation ability of cultivating talents of TCM health preservation. According to the practical example, results of the literature, practical application, and so on. It shows that it is good to cultivate innovative talents of traditional Chinese medicine.

  中医药诞生于中华大地，守护着中华民族绵延生息，已有数千年历史。自甲骨文记载医药信息以来，《黄帝内经》、《难经》、《五十二病方》，直到明清时期温病四大家的各种著作等，均是祖先留给我们的养生保健和疾病诊疗宝典。从《黄帝内经》中顺应自然的四时养生、地域养生等，到之后诸多医家著作中记载的饮食宜忌、养生功法等，体现出自古以来医家们对传承中医养生理念和方法的重视。对于传统养生思想和方法的传承，也体现在现代高等中医药院校养生专业人才的培养上。
