• 摘要: 医学职业面临新的发展与挑战，中西医临床本科学生创新能力与岗位胜任能力密切关联且对未来国家医学事业发展影响意义深远。本文分析中西医临床本科学生创新能力现状，并提出创新能力培养的思路与方法，期望为新医科背景下中西医临床本科学生提升创新能力培养岗位胜任能力提供策略。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:The medical profession is facing new development and challenge. The innovation ability and post competence of clinical undergraduates are closely related and have far-reaching influence on the future development of national medical career. This paper analyzes the present situation of innovation ability of clinical undergraduate students of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and puts forward the train of thought and method of innovation ability, it is expected to provide strategies for Chinese and Western medicine clinical undergraduates to enhance their innovative ability and train their post competence under the new medical background.

  推进医学教育高质量发展是新时代卫生和教育系统高质量发展的共同要求。2018年8月，我国教育改革发展文件首次正式提出“新医科”概念。同年10月，国家启动实施《卓越医生教育培训计划2.0》，对新医科建设进行全面部署[1]。
