• 摘要:韩景献教授提出了三焦气化失司是衰老的根本机制和众多老年病的关键病机。基于该理论指导，从调理三焦气化的整体辨治观治疗老年病，通过益气调血、扶本培元以增强气化的动力；疏利三焦通道，使气血津液正常生化输布，脏腑形体得到充养，三焦气化得以调畅，脏腑功能恢复正常。方法为针药并用，药物口服六味地黄丸合用其它方剂或药物，针刺以三焦针法为主，主穴为膻中、中脘、气海、血海（双）、足三里（双）、外关（双），余穴随症加减，治疗收到了良好疗效。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:Professor hanjingxian proposed that the loss of division in the gasification of Sanjiao is the fundamental mechanism of aging and the key pathogenesis of many senile diseases. Based on the guidance of this theory, treat senile diseases from the perspective of regulating the gasification of triple energizer,strengthen the power of gasification by supplementing qi, regulating blood circulation and strengthening the foundation and strengthening the vitality; the channel of the triple energizer is dredged, so that the normal biochemical distribution of Qi, blood and body fluid, the viscera and body are nourished, the gasification of the triple energizer is smooth, and the functions of the viscera return to normal.Methods acupuncture and medicine were used together. The drug was orally administered with Liuwei Dihuang pills orally in combination with other prescriptions or drugs;Acupuncture was performed with the triple energizer acupuncture method, and the points were Tanzhong, Zhongwan, Qihai, Xuehai (Shuang), Zusanli (Shuang), Waiguan (Shuang), Baihui, and Sishencong. The drug was orally administered with Liuwei Dihuang pill, which received good curative effect.

  随着我国社会老龄化的加剧，老年人的健康与照料已上升成为了社会问题，对老年人的健康维护及老年病的防治研究也日益得到重视。多数老年病为慢性病，发病隐匿，病程长，致病因素为多年积累形成，疾病难以根治。中医药治疗各种老年病有一定的优势，根据患者的体质状况，治病求本，三因治宜。
