• 摘要:目的：分析探讨小针刀联合补肾活血祛痛方治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法：选取2016年7月~2018年4月本院收治的135例患者作为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为甲组小针刀联合补肾活血祛痛方、乙组补肾活血祛痛方和丙组小针刀，观察与对比三组患者的腰痛分级、治疗前后疼痛评分和总体效果。结果：三组患者治疗前后总体效果甲组的总有效率明显优于乙组和丙组，患者治疗前后VAS评分甲组的下降程度明显大于乙组和丙组，患者治疗前后Denis腰痛分级结果显示甲组明显优于乙组和丙组，P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论：对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行小针刀联合补肾活血祛痛方治疗可以有效缓解患者的疼痛程度，缩短患者的住院时间，提升患者的生活质量，腰椎功能可以得到快速恢复，值得临床上的应用与推广。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with Bushen Huoxue Qutong recipe in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods：135 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects. All patients were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C. The low back pain grade, pain score before and after treatment and overall effect of the three groups were observed and compared.Results：The total effective rate of group A was significantly better than that of group B and group C before and after treatment. The VAS score of group A was significantly lower than that of group B and group C before and after treatment. Denis low back pain grading results before and after treatment showed that group A was significantly better than group B and group C, P < 0.05 with statistical significance.Conclusion：The treatment of small needle knife combined with Bushen Huoxue Qutong Decoction for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can effectively relieve pain, shorten hospitalization time, improve the quality of life of patients, and recover lumbar function quickly, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

  腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）是较为常见的疾患之一，是当前所有国家面临的主要健康问题，发病率较高，最常见的症状为腰背痛、坐骨神经痛[1-3]。其主要病理机制为腰椎间盘各部分（髓核、软骨板及纤维环），尤其是髓核，由不同程度退行性改变后，在外力的因素作用下，椎间盘的纤维环破裂，髓核组织从破裂之处突出于后方或椎管内，导致相邻的脊神经受到压迫或刺激，从而产生腰部疼痛[4]。
