• 摘要:OBE(Outcome Based Education)教学理念是基于学习成果(LearningOutcomes)产出为导向的新型教学观念。将OBE教育理念引入《方剂学》课程对后续课程的学习及培养中医临床思维能力产生很大影响。以学生为中心、以成果为导向、持续改进三个专业认证基本理念为依据，从教学目标、授课形式、成果质量评价等方面进行改进，使“研究型教学模式和个性化教学”得到充分体现，在成果导向教育理念落地的同时，既促进了学生的个性化发展，推动了师生教与学观念的转变，也使得教师专业能力得到升华。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract OBE (Outcome Based Education) is a new teaching concept based on the output of learning outcomes. The introduction of OBE education concept into the course of " Formulas of Traditional Chinese Medine" has a great impact on the learning of follow-up courses and the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the three basic concepts of student-centered, achievement oriented and continuous improvement, the teaching objectives, teaching forms and achievement quality evaluation are improved to fully reflect the "Research-oriented teaching model and personalized teaching", which not only promotes the personalized development of students, but also promotes the change of teaching and learning concepts between teachers and students also makes teachers' professional ability sublimated.                

  OBE教学理念引领着了未来教育改革的总体航向。在2016年4月11日于北京召开教育认证国际研讨会，会议强调OBE的重要性和必要性。工程的成果是在经由复杂问题的解决后获得的，培养学生解决复杂问题的能力绝非朝夕之事，要侧重在专业培养方案的视角下积极进行多维度多层次的教学策略及教学方法的革新。
