• 摘要:目的  探究艾灸联合虎地肠溶胶囊治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法  采用随机数字表法将我院2019年7月-2021年8月收治的活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者60例分为两组，各30例。对照组应用美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗，在其基础上实验组应用艾灸联合虎地肠溶胶囊，连续服用4周。对比两组临床疗效、肠黏膜病变评分及Mayo活动指数评分、不良反应。结果  临床疗效实验组为93.33%，高于对照组的73.33%（P＜0.05）。治疗后，肠黏膜病变评分及Mayo活动指数评分实验组均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。不良反应发生率实验组为3.33%，对照组为13.33%，两组对比无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论  艾灸联合虎地肠溶胶囊在活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗中能够有效减轻肠黏膜病变程度，改善患者各临床症状，治疗效果显著，安全可靠，值得推广应用。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract  To explore the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with Hudi enteric coated capsule in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis. Methods 60 patients with active ulcerative colitis in our hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets, and the experimental group was treated with moxibustion combined with Hudi enteric coated capsules for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, intestinal mucosal lesion score, Mayo activity index score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was 93.33%, higher than that of the control group 73.33%,（P＜0.05）. After treatment, the intestinal mucosal lesion score and Mayo activity index score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group（P＜0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33% in the experimental group and 13.33% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups（P＞0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion combined with Hudi enteric coated capsule can effectively reduce the degree of intestinal mucosal lesions and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with active ulcerative colitis. The treatment effect is significant, safe and reliable, and is worth popularizing.                

  溃疡性结肠炎是一种原因不明确的非特异性溃疡性结肠炎，以结、直肠非特异性及浅表性炎症为主要表现，以反复发作或迁延不愈的腹泻、腹痛、黏液脓血便等为主要症状表现，部分患者可伴有发热、贫血、营养不良等全身症状，且具有病情进展慢，病程迁延不愈，反复发作等临床特点[1-2]。近年来，随着生活习惯的改变及生活质量的提高，溃疡性结肠炎发病率呈逐年上升趋势，对患者生活质量造成严重影响。
