中医药专业大学生对师承教育的认知调查及融入途径研究

  • 摘要:目的 了解中医药专业大学生对师承教育的认知现状及其影响因素,为中医药教育模式改革的合理推进提供依据。方法 运用整群抽样的方法,对全国10余所高校中医药类专业的大一至研究生的402名学生进行问卷调查,采用ANOVA方差分析和皮尔逊相关性分析进行融入师承教育意愿的影响因素研究。结果 17.55%的中医药专业大学生对师承教育非常关注,25.92%比较关注,32.45%有一定关注,24.08%的学生完全不关注。不同专业、性别、年级的中医药专业大学生对师承教育存在关注程度及模式选择差异(P<0.01),实习经历为其主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 目前我国中医药专业大学生对师承教育了解程度不理想,教育部门需引导学生正确认识师承教育,为其提供更精细化和个性化的多元师承教育模式,积极构建中医药教育新体系。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Abstract  This work was directed to gain a perspective on the current status of the education of academic transmission and inheritance for the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) students, as well as their impact factors, which will provide guidelines for the smooth promotions for the reform of the TCM educations. Methods: A questionnaire survey on the 402 students from more than 10 colleges who major in TCM ranging from freshmen to postgraduates was conducted based on the cluster sampling method. The studies on the impact factors that affect the willingness to take part in the TCM education of the academic transmission and inheritance were performed with ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis. Results: It’s revealed that 17.55% of the questionnaire students were highly concerned about the TCM education of transmission and inheritance, 25.92% relatively concerned, 32.45% some-degree of concerned and 24.08% hardly concerned. Interestingly, their concerning degrees and choices of models vary widely with their majors, genders and grades (p<0.01). Wherein, the practice experience plays a major role (p<0.05). Conclusions: The understanding of TCM students on the education of transmission and inheritance was unsatisfactory. The educational departments need to guide the students to gain a better understanding of the education of transmission and inheritance, which thereby provides them more delicate and personalized educational models and establishes new TCM education systems.                

    师承教育历来是中医药人才培养的重要途径,在培养人才质量、传承中医药思想、弘扬中医药文化方面具有重要价值。2016年中央印发的《国务院关于印发中医药发展战略规划纲要(2016-2030年)的通知》及2018年出台的《关于深化中医药师承教育的指导意见》中明确要求建立中医药师承教育培养体系[1],指出要贯穿中医药人才发展全过程的中医药师承教育体系,基本建立内涵清晰、模式丰富、机制健全的中医药师承教育制度[2]。
