• 摘要:肺痨作为具有传染性的慢性虚损性疾病给人类带来了许多不利影响。它初起有咳嗽、盗汗等表现，病情发展后，会导致肺纤维化，引发呼吸困难等症状。而且疗程中大量的医疗费用会给患者及社会带来经济压力。在此发展背景下，传统医学及外治疗法逐渐得到重视。本论文从中医角度去分析朱丹溪的部分思想在肺痨预防、治疗及恢复中的运用。为保证该论题的科学性，本论文采用查阅古代文献和大量现代文献资料的方法，从肺痨病因病机、中医药在肺痨治疗中的特色优势等多方面对朱丹溪思想的临床可行性进行论证。通过对比肺痨患者在运用中医药治疗前后的恢复效果、复发风险进行分析。研究结果表明，朱丹溪平心寡欲、滋阴降火、痰瘀同治、养脾胃以护阴、虚热宜灸的思想对中医辨治肺痨有很大指导意义。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractAs a contagious chronic debilitating disease,tuberculosis has brought many adverse effects to humans.It initially has cough,night sweats and other manifestations,after the development of the disease,it will lead to pulmonary fibrosis,causing dyspnea and other symptoms.And the large medical expenses during the course of treatment will bring economic pressure to patients and society.In this context,traditional medicine and external treatment methods have gradually received attention.This paper analyzes the application of some of Zhu Danxi's ideas in the prevention,treatment and recovery of tuberculosis from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.In order to ensure the scientific nature of this topic,this paper adopts the method of consulting ancient documents and a large number of modern literature to demonstrate the clinical feasibility of Zhu Danxi Thought from many aspects,such as the etiology and pathogenesis of tuberculosis and the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tuberculosis.The recovery effect and recurrence risk of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis before and after treatment were compared.The results of the study show that Zhu Danxi's ideas of calming the mind,nourishing yin and reducing fire,treating phlegm and stasis together,nourishing the spleen and stomach to protect the yin,and moxibustion with false heat have great guiding significance for the identification and treatment of tuberculosis in traditional Chinese medicine.                

  肺痨是由痨虫蚀肺引发的肺部疾病，西医学中肺结核属本病范畴。从《WHO结核病报告解读》来看，2020年全球结核病累计致病高达近987万人。肺痨的危害大致可概括为三点。首先，在肺痨进展期的高传染性可能造成人群中的传播；其次，若不慎延误病机，肺痨所造成的损伤进一步演变，会导终末期肺病；最后，肺痨的失治误治会造成结核菌耐药，这也是影响肺结核治愈率最重要的一个因素，极大影响了患者身心健康及工作生活。
