• 摘要:目的：评价以壮医莲花针疗法、壮医药线点灸疗法、壮医刮痧以及壮医刺血疗法联合治疗的壮医特色优势技术组合治疗方法对过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效情况。方法：选取本院2018年11月至2019年9月收治80例过敏性鼻炎患者。随机将患者分为对照组（n=40）与壮医组（n=40），对照组采取常规西药治疗;壮医组采取壮医特色优势技术组合治疗方法。比较两组患者临床治疗情况。结果：两组患者治疗前过敏性鼻炎症状积分评分对比无明显差异（P>0.05）；经治疗15d后壮医组患者过敏性鼻炎症状积分评分相比对照组明显更低（P<0.05）;壮医组患者治疗15d后临床疗效相比对照组明显更高（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗前血清lge以及il-4含量水平对比无明显差异（p>0.05）；经治疗15d后壮医组患者血清lgE以及IL-4含量水平相比对照组明显更低（P<0.05）。结论：采用壮医特色优势技术组合治疗方法对过敏性鼻炎患者临床疗效显著，患者治疗后过敏性鼻炎症状积分、血清lgE以及IL-4含量水平明显更低,该疗法具有临床推广价值。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of the combination of Zhuang doctor's characteristic superiority technology combined treatment of Zhuang medicine lotus needle therapy,Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion therapy, Zhuang medicine scraping,and Zhuang medicine puncture therapy for patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods:Eighty patients with allergic rhinitis were selected from our hospital from November 2018 to September 2019.The patients were randomly divided into a control group (n = 40) and a Zhuang medical group (n = 40).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine;the Zhuang medical group adopted a combination of Zhuang medical characteristics and superior technology.Compare the clinical treatment of the two groups of patients. Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of allergic rhinitis symptoms between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05);after 15 days of treatment, the scores of allergic rhinitis symptoms in the Zhuang medical group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) After 15 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the Zhuang medical group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);there was="" no="" significant="" difference="" in="" serum="" lge="" and="" il-4="" levels="" before="" treatment="" between="" the="" two="" groups="" of="" patients="" p="">0.05);after 15 days of treatment The levels of serum lgE and IL-4 in the medical group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Zhuangyi's characteristic superior technology combined treatment method has significant clinical effect on patients with allergic rhinitis.After treatment,the patient's allergic rhinitis symptom score,serum lgE and IL-4 levels are significantly lower.                

  过敏性鼻炎（AR）又被称之为变应性鼻炎。过敏性鼻炎是患者机体与变应原接触以后，由机体内lgE所介导鼻黏膜发生的非感染性疾病[1-2]。过敏性鼻炎患者主要的症状表现包括反复发作性鼻痒、鼻塞、流清涕以及连续喷嚏等。随当前人们的生活习惯改变以及生存环境变化，过敏性鼻炎患病率也呈逐年上升态势[3-5]。
