• 摘要:通过对2022年上海市嘉定区1例奥米克戎新冠重症肺炎老年患者的案例分析， 提出辩证论治，一人一方个体化治疗，老年人多正气不足，且多伴有基础疾病，一旦感染，极易发展为重症，故治疗在祛邪同时，注意保存真气，抓住核心病机，并重视其方证特点，一人一方，精准施策，扭转病情发展方向，充分发挥中医药在治疗老年新型冠状病毒肺炎方面的积极作用。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractThrough the case analysis of 1 elderly patient with Omicron new crown severe pneumonia in Jiading District, Shanghai in 2022, a dialectical treatment is proposed, one person and one individualized treatment, the elderly are more healthy qi is insufficient, and most are accompanied by underlying diseases, once infected, it is very easy to develop into severe disease, so the treatment pays attention to preserving true qi, grasping the core disease mechanism, and paying attention to its characteristics of evidence, one person and one party, precise policies, reverse the direction of the development of the disease, and give full play to the positive role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of elderly novel coronavirus pneumonia.                

  2022年3月，奥米克戎（Omicron）毒株新冠病毒在上海地区呈爆发趋势，至2022年6月，累上海地区计感染近60万人口[1]，作为主要流形株其致病力明显弱于德尔塔（Delta）[2]，大多数感染奥密克戎者症状轻微，甚至无症状，这使得该变异株隐匿性和感染性更强，传播速度更快。但对于老年、合并由基础疾病者，一旦感染，即属于高危人群，极易发展为重症，甚至危重症。笔者受上海市嘉定区卫健委委派，前往嘉定区安亭定点收治医院参与病区救治工作，现将笔者治疗的1例奥米克戎引起的新冠重症肺炎老年患者中医诊治总结如下。
