• 摘要:目的 探讨寒湿阻络型慢性下背痛（CLBP）采用长蛇灸联合八段锦治疗的效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的CLBP（寒湿阻络型）患者120例分为2组，各60例，对照组采用常规治疗，基于此，观察组加用长蛇灸联合八段锦，两组均治疗3周，比较两组治疗前后的腰部功能、疼痛程度、屈伸度及生活质量，统计两组治疗期间不良反应。结果 治疗后，两组视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷（ODI）评分均比治疗前低，且观察组比对照组低（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后指地距离（FFD）均比治疗前短，且观察组比对照组短（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后日本骨科协会腰痛生活质量（JOA）评分均比治疗前高，且观察组比对照组高（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应比较，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论 长蛇灸联合八段锦治疗可改善寒湿阻络型CLBP患者屈伸度及腰部功能，缓解疼痛程度，提高生活质量且未增加不良反应，安全性好。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractTo investigate the effect of long snake moxibustion combined with Baduanjin on chronic lower back pain (CLBP) of cold dampness blocking collaterals. Methods 120 patients with CLBP (cold dampness blocking collaterals type) admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. Based on this, the observation group was added with snake moxibustion combined with Baduanjin, and both groups were treated for 3 weeks. The lumbar function, pain degree, flexion and extension degree and quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, the scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire (ODI) in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The finger to ground distance (FFD) of the two groups after treatment was shorter than that before treatment, and that of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05); The quality of life (JOA) score of low back pain of the Japanese Orthopedic Association after treatment was higher than that before treatment in both groups, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); there="" was="" no="" significant="" difference="" in="" adverse="" reactions="" between="" the="" two="" groups="" p="">0.05). Conclusion Long snake moxibustion combined with Baduanjin can improve the flexion and extension and lumbar function of patients with cold dampness obstructing collaterals type CLBP, relieve pain, improve the quality of life without increasing adverse reactions, and has good safety. 

  慢性下背痛（CLBP）是常见疼痛性疾病，下腰部疼痛及其导致的腰部活动、功能障碍是患者的主要临床表现，严重影响患者的生活质量[1]。现阶段，CLBP的西医治疗主要以卧床休息及口服药物为主，可有效缓解临床症状，但长期服用药物会存在诸多不良反应，继而对患者的治疗依从性造成影响，影响临床治疗效果[2]。CLBP属于中医中“腰痛”“痹症”等范畴，多因跌仆闪挫、过多操劳、劳欲失节及外邪侵袭所致，主要病机为腰部经脉痹阻、气血不通，治疗应以通经活络、行气活血及祛邪除湿为主[3]。
