• 摘要:中医妇科学是一门极具中医特色的临床医学学科，现有临床教学模式存在一些不足之处，尚未达到预期的教学效果。“迷你临床演练测评”（Mini-CEX）是一种能够切实评价学生临床能力的评测方法和工具。在中医妇科学的临床教学中应用Mini-CEX可以增强学生的临床思维整合能力和解决临床实际问题的综合能力，促进学生对基础知识的理解和掌握，实现教学评价方式的多元化，加强中医妇科学临床教学课程的管理和改革，全面提升中医妇科学的教学质量。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractGynecology of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a clinical medicine subject. Mini-CEX is an evaluation method and tool that can effectively evaluate students' clinical competence. Application in the clinical teaching of TCM gynecology Mini-CEX integration can enhance the students' clinical thinking ability and comprehensive ability to solve the problem of clinical practice, promote students to understand and grasp basic knowledge, to realize the diversification of teaching evaluation way, strengthen the gynecology of TCM clinical teaching management and reform of the course, comprehensively improve the quality of teaching of gynecology of TCM. 

  中医妇科学是在中医学理论的指导下研究女性生殖解剖、生理病理、诊疗规律和疾病防治的一门重要的临床学科[1]，也是一门综合内科与外科、集高实践性与高应用性于一体的、极具有中医特色的临床医学课程[2-4]。在女性自我保健意识逐渐增强、妇科疾病发病率逐年增加，以及现代医药治疗有限的情况下，中医妇科学在女性疾病的临床诊疗和预防保健等各方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。
