• 摘要:以培养学生中医临床思维能力为导向，探索刻意练习理念在中医辨证教学中的运用，以明确的教学目标，清晰的教学内容，有效的教学过程，及时的教学反馈，反复练习的循环这样符合刻意练习理念的教学设计，帮助学生形成自动心理表征。在辨证理论教学中尝试多方法教学，在辨证实践教学中尝试分阶段教学（情境案例教学、临床实践教学、病案书写教学），将西方教学理论与中医传统教学相融合，提升中医辨证教学质量，以期为中医辨证教学提供新思路新方法。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract TAiming at cultivating students' clinical thinking ability of TCM, the application of deliberate practice concept in TCM dialectical teaching was explored.With clear teaching objectives, clear teaching content, effective teaching process, timely teaching feedback, repeated practice cycle in line with the concept of deliberate practice teaching design, help students form automatic mental representation.Try multi-method teaching in dialectical theory teaching.Try to stage teaching in dialectical practice teaching(Situational case teaching, clinical practice teaching, medical record writing teaching).The western teaching theory and traditional Chinese medicine teaching are integrated to improve the quality of TCM dialectical teaching.It is expected to provide new ideas and methods for TCM dialectical teaching. 

  近年来，无论是西医学还是中医学的医师教育培养过程，无论是医学院校教育时期还是毕业后教育时期，都越来越重视临床思维能力的培养，特别在实践教学阶段，是培养医学生及规培医师临床思维能力的关键窗口，正确临床思维模式的建立，有助于医学生及规培医师日后临床能力的稳固与提升[1]。中医临床思维能力是中医日常诊疗过程中的核心能力，中医临床思维过程包括在中医理论的指导下，收集临床资料，探究病因病机，处理分析证候，辨出正确病证，而后给予合适的治疗及调护方案，是中医辨证整体思维体系在医疗实践中的体现[2]。
