• 摘要:手足慢性湿疹是皮肤科的多发病，病因复杂，诊断容易，治疗棘手，临床表现为手足部皮肤粗糙、增厚、苔藓样变、皲裂、色素沉着等，易反复发作，迁延不愈，严重影响患者的生活、工作及心理健康。本病治疗以外治为主，西医、中医针对各自的病因病机，有多种外治疗法，本文归纳外治方法分析各自优缺点，为临床治疗提供治疗思路。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract Chronic eczema of hands and feet is a common occurrence in dermatology, with complex etiology, easy diagnosis and tricky treatment. The clinical manifestations are rough, thickened, mossy-like, chapped and pigmentation of the hands and feet skin, which is prone to repeated attacks and prolonged, seriously affecting the life, work and mental health of patients. This disease is mainly treated outside, Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine for their etiology and pathogenesis, there are a variety of external treatment, this paper summarizes the external treatment methods to analyze their advantages and disadvantages, to provide treatment ideas for clinical treatment.

  足慢性湿疹是发生在手足部位的顽固性皮肤病，临床表现初起以红斑、水疱、脱屑为主，反复发作，迁延不愈，逐渐出现粗糙、肥厚、皲裂，伴有不同程度的瘙痒、疼痛，严重影响患者工作、生活及心理状态。相关研究显示，其发病率达5%-8%[1]，女性发病率高于男性[2]。病因复杂，与接触物理化学物质、机械损伤、遗传、激素水平、特异性体质相关[3]。
