  • 摘要:文章首先对我国中医执业医师分阶段第一阶段实践技能考试内容及研究现状进行了介绍,对该校学生在实践技能考试中存在的问题进行了总结;接着以该校五年制中医相关专业为研究对象,通过建立实训室、促进教学改革、实施教师责任制等措施,来促进和提高第一阶段实践技能成绩;采取一系列措施后,该校中医专业技能考核通过率较之前有所提高,学生、实习单位、用人单位、教师等多方获得了非常好的反馈,但仍要理性看待技能考试通过率,继续加大改革措施,保证考试成绩与临床技能的统一。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • AbstractThis paper firstly introduces the content and research status of the practice skill examination of Chinese medical practitioners in the first stage, and summarizes the problems existing in the practice skill examination of students in this school. Then, taking the five-year Chinese medicine major of the university as the research object, through the establishment of practical training room, the promotion of teaching reform, the implementation of teacher responsibility system and other measures, to promote and improve the practical skills of the first stage. After taking a series of measures, the passing rate of the TCM professional skills examination of the school has been improved, and students, practice units, employers, teachers and other parties have received very good feedback. However, it is still necessary to rationally view the passing rate of the skills examination, and continue to increase the reform measures to ensure the unity of test results and clinical skills.

    执业医师分阶段制度的实施给院校教育带来了极大的挑战,在执业医师通过率逐年下降的大背景下,反思院校教育中存在的沉珂顽疾,顺应时代发展,培养高质量、高水平的医疗卫生人才,是医学院校教育教学改革面临的重要问题。 “以考促教”已成为目前教育教学改革的关键立足点。
