  • 摘要:目的:探讨在中医临床教学中使用以团队为基础教学法+病例教学法的具体内容,并对其教学效果展开分析。方法:择取40名中医临床实习生作为研究对象,研究时间范围为2021.1-2021.12,按随机抽签分组的方式等分两组,包括对照组(常规教学法,20名)、观察组(以团队为基础教学法+病例教学法,20名),对照二者教学效果。结果:对比二者出科成绩,观察组理论知识、实践技能、综合能力评分结果均高于对照组,P<0.05;对比二者教学效果,观察组建立逻辑思维、培养学习兴趣、教学计划严谨、提升团队协作能力评分结果均高于对照组,P<0.05;对比二者教学满意度,观察组统计结果相比于对照组更高,P<0.05;对比二者教学质量,观察组带教方式、操作技术、理论水平、教学态度评分结果均较对照组更高,P<0.05。结论:采取以团队为基础教学法+病例教学法开展中医临床教学,有助于提升教学满意度,整体教学效果突出,适合普及。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • AbstractTo explore the specific content of using the team based teaching method+case teaching method in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine, and analyze its teaching effect. Methods: 40 clinical interns of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects. The research time range was 2021.1-2021.12. They were randomly divided into two groups, including the control group (conventional teaching method, 20 students) and the observation group (team based teaching method+case teaching method, 20 students). The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); By comparing the teaching effects of the two groups, the scores of the observation group in establishing logical thinking, cultivating learning interest, rigorous teaching plan and improving team cooperation ability were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); Comparing the teaching satisfaction of the two groups, the statistical results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); By comparing the teaching quality of the two groups, the scores of teaching methods, operating techniques, theoretical level and teaching attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Adopting team based teaching method+case teaching method to carry out clinical teaching of Chinese medicine is helpful to improve teaching satisfaction. The overall teaching effect is outstanding and suitable for popularization.

    中医学不仅属于一门医学科学,同时也涵盖了哲学理念,在开展此门学科的学习过程中,需要将典籍作为获取的基本知识,并与名家医案共同学习,确保学生后续临床实践能力得到提升[1]。在此背景下,也对中医临床教学工作提出了更高的要求。在常规教学方法下,带教老师主要是根据课本及教学大纲相关内容制定教学计划,该方式虽然能够完成基本教学需求,但是学生往往无法将理论知识与实践技能有效结合,因此整体教学效果具有很多不足之处,也会导致教学满意度受到影响[2]。
