• 摘要:目的：探讨益气复脉注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片对心衰病气阴两虚证患者的临床疗效；方法 选取2020年08月至2022年08月收治的50例心衰病气阴两虚证的患者作为研究对象，以抽签法随机将其分为对照组和治疗组，各25例。对照组采用常规治疗加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗，治疗组在此基础上联合益气复脉注射液治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 两组心衰患者治疗前中医症候积分对比，无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，治疗组及对照组心衰患者中医症候积分均低于治疗前，且经治疗后，治疗组心衰病患者中医症候积分低于对照组，有显著差异（P＜0.05）；治疗组心衰病患者心功能疗效优于对照组，且总有效率高于对照组，有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论：益气复脉注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗心衰气阴两虚证患者上效果明确，可显著缓解患者症状，并能够有效改善其心功能状况,临床用药安全,值得在临床上积极推广。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractTo explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Fumai injection combined with Shakubatrox valsartan sodium tablets in treating patients with heart failure with deficiency of both qi and yin; Methods From August 2020 to August 2022, 50 patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome of heart failure were selected as the research object, and were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group by drawing lots, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment plus Shakubatracvalsartan sodium tablets, and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Fumai injection on this basis, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); After treatment, the TCM symptom score of patients with heart failure in the treatment group and the control group was lower than that before treatment, and after treatment, the TCM symptom score of patients with heart failure in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05); The cardiac function effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Fumai Injection combined with Shakubatroxvalsartan has a clear effect on the treatment of patients with heart failure of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, can significantly alleviate the symptoms of patients, and can effectively improve their cardiac function. It is safe to use drugs in clinical practice, and it is worth actively promoting in clinical practice.

  心衰病是多种心脏疾病发生发展的最终转归，出现运动耐量下降，肺、体循环淤血等各种临床症状，以慢性居多，随着人口老龄化，近年来我国该类患者数量和病死率不断上升，严重影响人们的身体健康，在对生活质量造成巨大的影响的同时，对生命造成威胁，是一种严重而致命的疾病[1-2],慢性心力衰竭也是最危险的心血管疾病之一[3-5]。心衰的病因相对复杂，对应的中医病名有多个[6]，其中心衰气阴两虚证在临床上比较常见。目前针对心衰的治疗大多数以西医治疗居多，纵观传统中医在心衰病的治疗及畅情志、预防反复发作，改善病人生存质量等方面有较好的效果[7]。
