• 摘要:目的：探讨温针灸治疗桡骨远端骨折后期功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：选取 2020年1月至2022年6月在我院骨科门诊治疗的42例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象，采用温针灸治疗一疗程后，观察疼痛视觉模拟评分( VAS)、Cooney 腕关节评分，根据标准评估所有患者的临床疗效。结果：42例患者中，失访2例，予以剔除，40例患者完成本研究。其中治愈3例，显效21例，有效16例，无效0例。有效率100％。结论：温针灸治疗桡骨远端骨折后期功能障碍效果显著，可促进腕关节功能恢复，减轻疼痛，安全可靠，患者满意度高，值得临床推广。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractTo investigate the clinical effects of warm acupuncture on the recovery of distal radius fracture. Methods: The 42 cases with distal radius fracture in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected. All of them were treated with warm acupuncture， a course of treatment was conducted，aiming to observe the scores of pain visual analogue scale (VAS) and Cooney grade. According to the relevant indicators， the clinical effect was be assessed. Results: Among the 42 patients，2 cases were lost and be excluded.40 cases completed the study， curative in 3 cases， excellent in 21 cases， effective in 16 cases， noneffective in 0 case， the excellent rate was 100%. Conclusion: The effect of warm acupuncture on the recovery of distal radius fracture is obvious. It can promote the recovery of wrist joint function ， reduce the pain， and it is safe and reliable. It has high patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.

  桡骨远端骨折是骨科较为常见的骨折，流行病学[1]调查显示桡骨远端骨折约占前臂骨折的60.58％。原因多为坠落性损伤、摔伤、交通事故等。由于桡骨远端骨折的多发性、常见性、复杂性，患者的年龄、损伤程度、骨骼质量、治疗需求、基础疾病、经济条件、满意度等多因素不同，早期选择的治疗方式也不同。同时由于骨折部位是腕部，关节活动度大，骨折后容易导致腕部活动受限、肿胀、压痛、僵硬等[2]。而桡骨远端骨折固定一般需要6周左右，患肢在经历长时间的夹板外固定或手术治疗后，静脉血与淋巴液回流不畅，渗出及纤维蛋白沉积等多种原因作用下，腕关节周围组织纤维粘连，肌肉挛缩，关节在治疗后期容易出现腕关节不同程度的活动受限[3]，对患者日常生活造成严重影响。
