• 摘要:经络腧穴学是针灸推拿学专业的基础课和主干课。经络腧穴学中的腧穴数量繁多，一直以来都占据课堂教学的大部分时间，也是学生学习记忆的难点。针灸歌赋借用文学体例形式，融合针灸学内容，成为针灸学的重要组成部分，是学习针灸和经络腧穴的重要载体之一。时过境迁，古代腧穴歌诀难以契合现代经络腧穴学教学要求。在现代经络腧穴学教学大纲指导下，结合古代腧穴歌诀，拟定一套覆盖十四经的腧穴歌诀。本文以胃经腧穴歌诀为例，阐述其在课堂教学中的具体应用，从而提高腧穴教学的近期与远期效果。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractThe study of meridians and acupoints is the basic and main course of acupuncture and massage. There are many acupoints in the study of meridians and acupoints, which has occupied most of the time of classroom teaching and is also a difficult point for students to learn and remember. The song fu of acupuncture and moxibustion borrows the form of literature style, integrates the content of acupuncture and moxibustion, becomes an important part of acupuncture and moxibustion, and is one of the important carriers for learning acupuncture and meridians and acupoints. As time goes by, ancient acupoint chants cannot meet the teaching requirements of modern meridian and acupoint science. Under the guidance of the teaching syllabus of modern meridian and acupoint science, a set of acupoint chants covering the fourteen meridians is drawn up in combination with ancient acupoint chants. Taking the singing formula of stomach meridian acupoints as an example, this paper expounds its specific application in classroom teaching, so as to improve the short-term and long-term effects of acupoint teaching.

  针灸学是中医药学的重要组成部分，是中医外治法的核心要素。作为针灸学的理论基础，经络腧穴学在针灸学术体系中起到奠基石的重要作用[1]。学生对经络腧穴学知识点的掌握程度是课程教学效果的基本反应，也直接关乎到学生未来对针灸学理论体系的建立，继而影响其针灸临床技能水平的培养和发挥。数量繁多、名称生僻的腧穴，包括腧穴的名称、归经、定位、主治和刺灸法等，尤其腧穴定位，是本科生学习、记忆经络腧穴学的重难点[2]。如何在短时间内，快速而准确的记忆大量的腧穴以应对基本的考试需求，并在较长时间里保持犹新的记忆以有助于今后的执业医师考试，最主要的是能够在学生临床实践中快速而精准取穴，是针灸基础学科授课教师教学过程中需要应对和解决的问题。
