• 摘要:目的 探讨盆腔炎患者采用温针灸联合透药疗法治疗的临床效果。方法 从我院2020年1月至2021年12月期间收治的盆腔炎患者中，抽取66例作为研究对象，使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组的例数均为33例，对照组和观察组采用的治疗方法分别为常规西药治疗、常规西药治疗的基础上增加温针灸联合透药疗法治疗，对比两组的临床总有效率和临床症状积分。结果 观察组的临床总有效率较对照组高（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的阴道出血、腰酸胀痛、小腹坠胀、神疲肢倦积分均较对照组低（P＜0.05）。结论 盆腔炎患者采用温针灸联合透药疗法的效果较显著，能有效减轻其临床症状，临床可进一步推广。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractTo investigate the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with permeable drug therapy on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 66 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The treatment methods of control group and observation group were conventional western medicine treatment, plus warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with transdrug therapy on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, respectively. The total clinical effective rate and clinical symptom score of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of vaginal bleeding, lumbago distension, lower abdomen distension and body fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with permeable drug therapy is significant in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, which can effectively reduce their clinical symptoms and can be further promoted in clinic.

  盆腔炎是临床上发病率高、复发率高、病程长的一种女性生殖道感染性疾病，若未能及时得到有效治疗，会增加慢性盆腔痛、输卵管妊娠、不孕等不良情况的发生风险，严重影响女性的生殖健康，增加家庭和社会的经济负担。目前西医上提倡以抗生素治疗为主，但在实际的治疗过程中，部分患者容易产生耐药性，致使其体内的菌群失衡，进而降低疗效。近年来，随着中医水平的不断提高，多种中医治疗手段逐渐被应用到盆腔炎的治疗过程中，且大多取得了较为理想的治疗效果。
