• 摘要:阐述基于五脏理论论治湿疹的经验，为湿疹的治疗提供系统的思路。[方法]总结临床湿疹诊疗经验，分析其病因病机、治则治法及应用思路，基于五脏理论系统阐述湿疹的辨治思路。[结果]五脏任何一脏的功能失调均可引起湿疹的发生，不同脏腑对应的治则不同，临床中应分清主次，探其病因，以五脏为中心，辩证论治。[结论]从五脏论治湿疹的思路对于临床学习具有一定的指导意义，值得进一步推广，使用。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract Expounding the experience of treating eczema based on the theory of five zang organs, provide systematic ideas for the treatment of eczema.[ Method] Summarize the clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of eczema, To analyze the etiology, pathogenesis, principles and methods of treatment and application ideas. Based on the theory of the five zang organs, this paper systematically expounds the idea of the differentiation and treatment of eczema.[ Result] The dysfunction of any of the five zang organs can cause eczema, different viscera correspond to different treatments. In clinical practice, we should distinguish the primary and secondary, explore its causes, and treat it dialectically with the five zang organs as the center.[Conclusion] The idea of treating eczema from the five zang organs has certain guiding significance for clinical study, it is worth further promotion and use.

  湿疹，源于本病损害处具有渗出潮湿倾向之征。湿疹是一种由多种内、外因素引起的皮肤真皮浅层及表皮炎症[1]。湿疹是一种严重困扰人们生活健康的常见疾病，本病男女均可发，见于任何年龄，皮疹可泛发于任何部位，亦可局限某一处。临床有急性、亚急性、慢性等三种类型。本病一般属于中医学“湿癣”、“湿疮”、“浸淫疮”等范畴。
