• 摘要:心脏X综合征（Cardiac syndrome X，CSX）也称为微血管性心绞痛。心脏X综合征病程长，且易反复发作，严重影响患者生活质量。大量临床观察发现，中医药对于治疗心脏X综合征有明显优势。本文将治疗心脏X综合征的中成药按照功效分为益气活血类、行气活血类、滋阴活血类、益气温通类、益气养阴类、交通心肾类等6个方面，总结近15年中成药治疗心脏X综合征的研究概况。以期可以为今后中医药治疗心脏X综合征提供便捷参考。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract Cardiac syndrome X (CSX), also known as microvascular angina. Cardiac syndrome X has a long course of disease and is prone to repeated attacks, which has seriously affected the quality of life of patients. A large number of clinical observations have found that traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of Cardiac syndrome X. In this paper, according to their efficacy, Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of Cardiac syndrome X were divided into six categories, i.e., benefiting qi and promoting blood circulation, moving qi and promoting blood circulation, nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation, benefiting qi and harmonizing temperature, tonifying qi and nourishing yin, and communicating with heart and kidney. The research situations of Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of Cardiac syndrome X in the past 15 years were summarized.In order to provide convenient reference for the treatment of Cardiac syndrome X with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.

  心脏X综合征（Cardiac syndrome X，CSX）是指具有心绞痛或类似心绞痛的症状，运动平板试验出现ST段下移而冠状动脉造影无异常表现等特征的一种心血管疾病[1]。1973年Kemp[2]等首次将其命名为心脏X综合征。1988年Cannon[3]等认为这些症状可能与冠状动脉的微血管病变有关，建议将其称为“微血管性心绞痛”。高润霖[4]等于1992首次在国内报道，随后对此研究越来越多。近年来，随着人们生活方式、饮食结构的改变和人口老龄化，以及检查手段的普及和提高，CSX的发病率和诊断率逐年上升。
