• 摘要:目的：探讨肾气虚型胎动不安患者采用益肾固冲汤与穴位贴敷联合治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2019年1月至2022年1月94例肾气虚型胎动不安的患者，参照组患者（n=47）采用黄体酮肌注治疗，研究组患者（n=47）采用益肾固冲汤联合穴位贴敷治疗，观察患者采用不同疗法的治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗前孕酮（P）、雌二醇（E2）、血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）、中医症候评分差异不明显（P>0.05），研究组治疗后P、E2、β-HCG水平、治疗总有效率高于参照组，但其中医证候评分低于参照组，且研究组患者小腹坠痛、阴道出血、腰酸胀痛缓解时间也低于参照组（P<0.05）。结论：肾气虚型胎动不安患者采用穴位贴敷联合益肾固冲汤治疗，能缩短患者阴道出血、小腹坠痛等症状时间，具有显著的治疗效果，适合在临床上推广。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract To investigate the clinical effect of Yishen Guchong Decoction combined with acupoint application in patients with restless fetal movement due to kidney qi deficiency. Methods: From January 2019 to January 2022, 94 patients with kidney-qi-deficiency restless fetus were selected. Patients in the reference group (n=47) were treated with intramuscular injection of progesterone, and patients in the study group (n=47) were treated with Yishen Guchong. Decoction combined with acupoint sticking therapy, and the therapeutic effects of different therapies were observed. Results: There were no significant differences in progesterone (P), estradiol (E2), serum human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG), and TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and P in the study group after treatment. , E2, β-HCG levels, and total effective rate of treatment were higher than those of the reference group, but the Chinese medicine syndrome score was lower than that of the reference group, and the relief time of lower abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, and waist pain pain in the research group was also lower than that of the reference group ( P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint application combined with Yishen Guchong Decoction can shorten the time of symptoms such as vaginal bleeding and lower abdominal pain in patients with restless fetal movement due to kidney qi deficiency. It has a significant therapeutic effect and is suitable for clinical promotion.

  目前，现代医学认为胎动不安属于先兆流产，主要指孕妇在妊娠28周之前出现阴道少量出血、腹痛、小腹下坠等症状，但宫口未开，妊娠物也未排出，仍然会导致女性妊娠[1]。而中医上认为胎动不安发病原因在于冲任受损，胎元不固，中医治疗肾气虚型胎动不安则是以健脾补肾、益气养血为治疗原则[2]。常规的西医治疗  则是以地屈孕酮、黄体酮等为主，但是药物见效慢，需要长期用药的情况下，易引发不良反应，对孕妇会造成身体损伤。因此，临床上可以采用中医治疗的方式，对肾气虚型胎动不安者进行医治，从而达到补肾健脾、益气养胎，疏肝滋阴的效果。本研究为探讨不同治疗了方案的疗效差异，以肾气虚胎动不安患者为观察对象，分析益肾固冲汤联合穴位贴敷治疗的临床效果，具体研究内容如下所示。
