  • 摘要:目的:福建省厦门市青礁小学在《中医药发展战略规划纲要(2016-2030年)》的引导下积极开展中医药文化进校园的教学改革,形成了“五育并举,紧扣核心”的健康教育策略。本研究旨在探讨义务教育阶段进行健康教育的策略。方法:基于“知信行”模式设计调查问卷,采取分层整群抽样方法,对青礁小学和1所尚未开展系统性中医药文化进校园教改学校四到六年级的学生进行问卷调查,评价该策略的实施效果。结果:青礁小学在中医药文化与基础教育相结合方面取得显著的成绩。结论:“五育并举,紧扣核心”的健康教育策略效果显著。该策略在推动中医药文化传播的基础上能够培养学生五育,促进学生核心素养发展。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Abstract Under the guidance of The Outline of Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Strategic Planning (2016-2030), Xiamen Qingjiao Primary School has actively carried out the teaching reform of traditional Chinese medicine culture into the campus, and formed the health education strategy of "five education at the same time, close to the core". The purpose of this study is to explore the strategies of health education at the educational stage. Methods: Questionnaires were designed based on the "knowledge, faith and action" model, stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey among students from grade 4 to grade 6 in Qingjiao Primary School and a school that has not yet carried out systematic teaching reform of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine culture on campus, and the implementation effect of the strategy was evaluated. Results: Qingjiao Primary School achieved remarkable achievements in the combination of traditional Chinese medicine culture and basic education. Conclusion: The effect of health education strategy of "five education at the same time, close to the core" is remarkable. This strategy not only promotes the dissemination of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine culture, but also cultivates students' five education and promotes the development of students' core literacy.

    位于闽南地区的福建省厦门市具有浓厚的中医药文化氛围,多所中小学校在《纲要》的引导下开展了中医药文化进校园的教学改革。青礁小学在教改过程中,将中医药文化教育与国家“五育并举”、“核心素养”的培养方针相结合,积极践行中医药文化进校园,并于2021年9月被确立为“福建省首批中医文化教育试点学校”。
