  • 摘要:支气管哮喘是世界公共健康问题,如何评估哮喘中西医可治疗特质(treatable traits, TTs),提出更精准、全面的中西医结合哮喘管理策略,是符合中国国情且亟需解决的临床和社会问题。基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning, PBL)结合基于案例的教学法(case-based learning, CBL)的综合教学法能提高学生发现、分析和解决临床问题的能力,并从多维度培养其中西医临床思维、医患沟通和临床科研的综合能力。在教学过程中,教师对哮喘中西医可治疗特质的理解和运用能力得到显著提升,对教师相关临床、教学和科研能力提出了更高的要求,真正做到教学相长。该教学法对中西医可治疗特质评估的运用,充分体现了以哮喘患者为中心的个体化的诊疗模式。在哮喘中西医TTs评估教学中运用PBL结合CBL教学法能够真正做到教师,学生和患者三方获益。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • AbstractAsthma is a worldwide public health problem. Assessing integrative Chinese and western medicine Treatable Traits (TTs) of asthma, proposing more accurate and comprehensive strategies for asthma management, are clinical and social focuses that need to be solved in China. Problem-based learning (PBL) combined with case-based learning (CBL) (PBL-CBL) can improve students' ability to identify, analyze, and solve clinical problems. Combined these two teaching methods further improve students' clinical thinking, doctor-patient communication, and clinical research skills. During the teaching process, teachers' understanding and application of the integrative Chinese and western medicine TTs of asthma has been significantly improved, which places higher demands on teachers' relevant clinical, teaching and research abilities. The application of PBL-CBL method in the teaching of integrative Chinese and western medicine TTs of asthma comprehensively reflects the individualized treatment model centered on patients. PBL-CBL teaching method in assessing integrative Chinese and western medicine TTs of asthma can truly benefit teachers, students, and asthma patients.

    支气管哮喘(简称哮喘),属传统医学“哮证”范畴,是世界公共健康问题,影响全球约1-18%的人群[1]。我国成人(>20岁)哮喘患病率为4.2%,人数高达4570万[2],较10年前增加了1500万,造成巨大经济负担[3]。传统医学和现代医学均认为,哮喘具有显著异质性[1]。为进一步优化包括哮喘在内的具有异质性的慢性呼吸道疾病的临床管理,一种新的指向精准医学的疾病管理策略被提出—“可治疗特质”(Treatable traits, TTs)评估策略。
