• 摘要:中医药是治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤的重要手段，针对临床中出现的中药口服受限的情况，中医外治法可作为内治法的有益补充。中医外治法是通过在体表特定部位施以药物或物理手段等刺激以达到治病目的的方法，具有作用直接、疗效确切、操作简便等特点。本文总结分析了中药热奄、中药敷贴、穴位敷贴、隔物灸、督脉灸、脐灸、中医定向透药及耳穴贴压等常用中医外治的作用机理及临床疗效，为胃肠道恶性肿瘤的综合治疗提供了新的思路和方法。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractTraditional Chinese medicine is an important means for gastrointestinal malignancies treatment, on the situation of oral administration was restricted, the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can be a beneficial supplement to the treatment. External treatment of TCM is a method of treating diseases by applying herbs or physical stimulation to specific parts of the body surface, which has the characteristics of direct action, exact curative effect and simple operation. The paper summarized and analyzed the action mechanism and clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine fomentation package, External therapy of herb, acupoint application, material-separated moxibustion, Du-meridian moxibustion treatment, umbilical therapy, Chinese herbal medication penetration therapy and auricular point sticking, which provides new ideas and methods for the comprehensive treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies.

  近年来，随着生活水平的提高，饮食结构的改变，胃肠恶性肿瘤的发病率逐年增高，严重威胁人们的健康[1]。在恶性肿瘤的治疗过程中，中医中药是不可或缺的一部分，但是在很多情况下，如术后并发胃瘫或肠梗阻、化疗过程中出现恶心呕吐、晚期患者腹水引起的胃脘胀满、癌痛治疗时引起的便秘腹胀等，严重限制了中药口服汤剂的临床运用。中医外治法以其体外治疗、作用直接、疗效确切、操作简便等特点受到广泛关注，不仅弥补了中药内治的不足，而且越来越多地运用到恶性肿瘤的综合治疗中。
