摘要:目的:对常用网络数据库中发表的济川煎治疗功能性便秘的临床试验类文献进行系统研究,对济川煎治疗功能性便秘的中医证型、治法、方药、临床疗效、安全性等内容进行总结，以期为临床治疗提供一定的参考。方法:在国家知识基础设施数据库中针对济川煎治疗功能性便秘的临床试验类文献进行检索。对获得的数据进行筛选，提取有效信息，其中包括论文的作者、发表时间、样本信息、治疗措施、干预方式、不良反应等等。结果:功能性便秘作为一种临床常见病，起病缓慢、病程长，易反复发作。结论:在治疗功能性便秘的过程当中，济川煎有着较高的安全性以及较好的疗效，能够为临床治疗提供一定的参考。
Abstract To systematically study the clinical trial literature of Jichuanjian in the treatment of functional constipation published in the common network database,and summarize the TCM syndrome types,formulas,treatment methods,clinical efficacy and safety of Jichuan decoction in the treatment,hoping to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:The National Knowledge Infrastructure Database was searched for clinical trials related to Jechean decoction in the treatment of functional constipation.The data were screened and extracted,including author name,region,publication time,sample information,intervention measures,adverse reactions,clinical efficacy and so on.Results: Functional constipation is a common clinical disease, which has the characteristics of chronic persistent or recurrent attacks,slow onset and long course of disease.Conclusion:In the treatment of functional constipation,Jichuan decoction has high safety and good effect,which can be referred to in clinical treatment.
便秘是一种常见的消化系统疾病，临床以是否有器质性病变将便秘分为功能性和器质性两种，临床上多见功能性便秘(Functional Constipation，FC)。功能性便秘是指患者在无器质性病因或代谢障碍的情况下出现持续的排便不畅、粪便干结、排便次数减少等症状的一类功能性疾病[1]。多数功能性便秘患者大便干硬难解、排便次数减少、排便时间长，排出后有排便不尽感，严重者甚至需要借助外力方可排出。古籍中并未记载功能性便秘这一病名，但临床可将其归于“便秘”“大便难”等范畴[2]。功能性便秘临床常见脾肾阳虚证。
