• 摘要:关于中医的存废之争一直是近年来社会讨论的的热点话题，《黄帝内经》作为中医古代哲学的典籍之一，从人和自身、人和自然、人和社会三重维度是一个有机整体的统一关系中，构建了一个“天人合一”的生态模式，从而体现自然之道、生命之道、社会之道是一个内在的统一体。文章运用《黄帝内经》的核心思想与现代健康理念相结合，体现了生命至上的人文内核，对思想的深入挖掘研究，既阐释现代健康新理念，同时增强中医文化自信，是医学模式转换为现实的需求，以期推导出大健康的基本方法和解决生态危机的新思路，从而探讨中医文化自信。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract About traditional Chinese medicine of debate has been the social hot topics in recent years, as the basis of ancient Chinese philosophy of three dimensions in Huangdi Neijing, from human and themself, human and nature, human and society in the unity of the three dimensions of relationship, build a model of the unity of nature and ecology, manifests the nature's way, way of life, the way of social unity within, the core of the article using the Huangdi Neijing, combined with modern health concept, reflects the human life is the highest, the deep study of ideas, both interpretation of the modern health new idea, and enhance the traditional Chinese medicine culture self-confidence,it is a medical model transformation for the realistic demand.In order to deduce the basic method of great health and a new way to solve the ecological crisis, so as to explore the cultural confidence of traditional Chinese medicine.

  《黄帝内经》经历了几千年的沧桑，但由于其医学价值和所蕴含的神秘的传统东方文化，仍保持着生命力，并越来越受到世人的关注。伴随着我国现代化的进程取得了卓越的进步，我们的文化复兴也锐不可当。因此，我们必须站在文化自信的最前沿，将中医的文化自信纳入自信的理论和体系中去。
