• 摘要:功能性消化不良是最常见的一种功能性胃肠病之一，西医治疗措施主要有饮食、情绪调控以及药物治疗（包括抑制胃酸药、促胃肠动力药等)，但疗效一般，易反复间断发作。此病归属于中医的“胃痞”范畴，中医药治疗本病从整体观念出发，辨证论治，配合中医外治法、中医情志调护等，辨标本虚实、调阴阳，制定符合患者个体的中医药调护方案，进而达到治疗效果。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract Functional dyspepsia is one of the most common types of functional gastrointestinal diseases, Western medicine treatment measures mainly include diet, emotional regulation and drug treatment( Suppress acid drugs, Produce gastrointestinal dynamic medicine and so on),but the curative effect is general, it is easy to repeated intermittent attack. This disease belongs to the "wei pi" in Ttraditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine treats this disease from the overall concept, based on syndrome differentiation, it cooperates with TCM external treatment and emotional adjustment.TCM formulates treatment plans by distinguishing the specimen between false and real, adjust Yin and Yang to achieve the therapeutic effect.

  功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia，FD)是临床上最常见的一种功能性胃肠病之一，它是指由胃、十二指肠功能紊乱引起的早饱、餐后饱胀感、中上腹痛及烧灼感等症状，但无器质性疾病的一组临床综合征[1]。流行病学调查表明，在欧美国家中普通人群中有功能性消化不良症状者占19%-41%[2]，研究表明在我国因功能性消化不良症状就诊的病人占消化内科门诊的总病人数量的50%左右[3]。
