• 摘要:近年来，随着光动力治疗支气管肺癌的技术逐渐成熟，光动力治疗支气管肺癌为患者提供微创治疗，同时显著提高了患者生存质量，但随之而来的，是光动力治疗支气管肺癌后并发症的产生，只有将光动力治疗后并发症控制到最低水平，才能真正的提高患者的生存质量，本文提供中、西医结合护理支气管肺癌光动力治疗后并发症的方法，总结中、西医结合护理支气管肺癌光动力治疗后并发症的护理经验，在中医辨证施护的基础上完善环境护理、气道护理、饮食护理、皮肤护理、心理护理等干预措施，全方位配合光动力治疗，保证光动力治疗前后患者生存质量。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract In recent years, with the gradual maturity of photodynamic treatment of bronchopulmonary carcinoma, photodynamic therapy bronchopulmonary cancer provides patients with minimally invasive treatment, while significantly improving the quality of life of patients, but with it, is the production of complications after photodynamic therapy bronchopulmonary cancer, only to control the complications after photodynamic therapy to the lowest level, can really improve the quality of life of patients, this article provides a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to care for complications after photodynamic treatment of bronchopulmonary cancer, summarize the Western medicine combines nursing experience in nursing complications after photodynamic therapy for bronchopulmonary cancer, and improves interventions such as environmental nursing, airway care, diet care, skin care, and psychological care on the basis of TCM differential care, and all-round cooperation with photodynamic therapy to ensure the quality of life of patients before and after photodynamic therapy.

  原发性支气管肺癌是全世界所有癌症中发病率及死亡率最高的，也是中国癌症死亡的首要原因[1]。肿瘤光动力疗法 ( PDT, Photodynamic therapy)是光敏剂与相应波长的光，在生物组织中氧的参与下发生光动力反应，产生单态氧和(或)自由基，从而杀死肿瘤细胞的治疗方法。
