基于中医理论体系对中医全科医学教育模式的研究与实践
《中国中医药现代远程教育》[ISSN:1672-2779/CN:11-5024/R]文章信息/InfoTitle:基于中医理论体系对中医全科医学教育模式的研究与实践 卷期:2025年23卷17期 作者:赵志成,李晓霖* 黑龙江中医药大学附属第四医院呼吸内科 黑龙江哈尔滨 150000 Author(s):Zhao Zhicheng, Li Xiaolin* Department of Respiratory Medicine, Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Harbin 150000, Heilongjiang 关键词:中医理论体系;中医全科医学教育模式;中医全科医生;实践效果;操作技术 Keywords: Theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine; Traditional Chinese Medicine General Practice Education Model; General practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine; Practical effects; Operational techniques 摘要:目的:探讨基于中医理论体系对中医全科医学教育模式的研究和实践效果。方法:选择2021年6月-2023年6月中医全科医生78名,随机数字表法分为两组。对照组39名给予传统教学,观察组联合基于中医理论体系的中医全科医学教育模式,两组均完成3个月教学,比较两组教学成绩、能力水平、中医操作技术及教学满意度。结果:观察组教学3个月技能考核、理论考核、课堂表现及自学评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学3个月后操作技能水平、临床思维能力、理论知识掌握、教研能力水平及全科理念评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学3个月穴位贴敷、穴位按摩、艾灸、耳穴压豆、针灸推拿及熏蒸中医操作技术得分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学3个月后各满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于中医理论体系的中医全科医学教育模式用于中医全科医生中,能提高教学成绩和能力水平,有助于提升中医操作技术,教学满意度较高,值得推广应用。
AbstractObjective: To explore the research and practical effects of the general practice education model of traditional Chinese medicine based on the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine. Method: 78 traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a number table method. The control group of 39 students was given traditional teaching, while the observation group was combined with a traditional Chinese medicine general practice education model based on the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine. Both groups completed 3 months of teaching, and compared their teaching performance, ability level, traditional Chinese medicine operation technology, and teaching satisfaction. Result: The skill assessment, theoretical assessment, classroom performance, and self-learning scores of the observation group after 3 months of teaching were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); After 3 months of teaching, the observation group had higher scores in terms of operational skills, clinical thinking ability, theoretical knowledge mastery, teaching and research ability, and general concept than the control group (P<0.05); The scores of acupoint application, acupoint massage, moxibustion, ear point pressing beans, acupuncture and moxibustion, massage and fumigation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); After 3 months of teaching, the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine general practice education model based on the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine can improve teaching performance and ability level among traditional Chinese medicine general practitioners, and help improve traditional Chinese medicine operational skills. The teaching satisfaction is high, and it is worth promoting and applying.
随着现代医学技术的不断发展,医学分科不断细化,虽然能满足疾病治疗所需,但是难以达到促进健康的目的[1]。全科医学最早由澳大利亚相关专家提出,主要用于促进患者健康,即[2]:保证患者身体、精神上及社会通应上的完好,克服现代医学分科过细带来的问题。而中医学和全科医学在哲学基础和思维方式上存在诸多共通指出,且近年来“中医全科人才”、“中医全科医学教育”及“中医全科医生”等概念的提出,培养出适合我国国情的中医全科医生进入探索阶段[3]。
